• Pre-pregnancy counselling.

• Preparation for birth and parenting.

• Continuity of care that is family centred.

• Birth in hospital or at home.

• Home visits during early labour if required.

• Water birth - birthing pool available.

• Specialist referral if required.

• Breastfeeding support and counselling.

• Up to six weeks care after your baby's birth.

• Contraceptive advice.

• Visits in your home or the midwives' rooms.
